Deposits & Payment

• All deposits and paid in full bookings are non refundable.

• If you cancel your booking with at least 14 day’s notice prior your booking date you can use your existing deposit to redeem against another future booking. The booking has to take place in the same year the booking was placed.

• If you cancel your booking with less than 14 day’s notice 50% deposit is required. If you would like to cancel less than 7 days notice the full payment is required.

• All balances have to be settled before setup of any inflatables or equipment.

Rules of Use

• No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Inflatable.

• No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Inflatable. Failure to adhere will result in a cleaning charge of £20.00

• A £50 cash safety deposit will be required upon arrival and will be returned upon collection providing no damage has occurred to inflatables or equipment.

• All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges must be removed prior to using our Inflatables.

It is the hirer’s reasonability to ensure the castle fits in there required space. If for what ever reason your inflatable does not fit in your venue or garden you will be still responsible for the outstanding balance of your hire amount.

• Should any equipment or inflatables occur damage during your booking you will occur charges for the damage or repairs.

• No smoking or barbecues near Inflatables at any time.

• Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is dangerous and must not be allowed at any time.

• Please ensure there are at least 2 responsible adults to supervise the Inflatable at all times, If not adhered to and in the event an accident does occur you may be liable under your own insurance.

• Always ensure the maximum capacity for inflatables is not exceeded. Where possible separate jumpers into age groups to avoid any accidents.

• Ensure that whilst in use children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

• Please allow at least 30 mins before and after your booking time for us to arrive on site and begin setting up or packing down. This does not include packing away.

• Do not allow anyone to be on the Inflatable during inflation or deflation as this can be extremely dangerous and could lead to suffocation.

• Socks must be worn at all times when using the Inflatable

• Please be aware we are not allowed to set up a bouncy castle if the Wind Gusts are over 24mph this Is for health and safety reasons. We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to these circumstances.

Rules of Use

• All delivery and collection times are approximate however we try to adhere to scheduled timings.

• We aim to be set before your party start time.

• Please ensure there is parking on site for a team member to setup.

• Any parking charges and fines which are result during setting up or collection of items are down to the customer to pay.

• Any booking that are within the ULEZ or Congestion Charge Zone will be charged onto your booking.

• However, covering London we may come across issues with Traffic, Accidents & Road Closures. We cannot be held liable for delays incurred due to any circumstances beyond our control.
